Stainless can irritate some cats’ skin, chins, and necks, so it’s good to have a choice. The variation we tested has a plastic tray but stainless steel is available.

This is a great way to feed a cat needing a prescription diet and to keep everyone else from eating what’s in this dish. Only the cat wearing the RFID chip can activate the feeder opening.
